A
Texas wedding photographer has been arrested after she allegedly had
sex with a guest at the ceremony and then urinated on a tree near the
reception. 26-year-old Katherine Leigh Mehta has been charged with
public intoxication and obstruction/retaliation. Wedding guests
allegedly found Mehta, who moonlights as a bikini model, having sex
with a guest in a room at the Springs Event Venue in Weatherford on
Saturday. The wedding party informed an off-duty sheriff's deputy,
who was working security for the ceremony, and Mehta was told her
behavior was inappropriate. Mehta then allegedly went to a water
fountain and began yelling at guests. When officers told her to leave
the venue, she allegedly began urinating on a nearby tree.
Authorities arrived at the scene around 8:00 pm and put Mehta in a
patrol car, where they said she began to threaten the officers
inside. After they arrived at Parker County Jail, officers found a
prescription bottle of Alprazolam - sold under the trade name Xanax -
in Mehta's jacket pocket. Investigators said they believe Mehta mixed
the Xanax with alcohol. (https://dailym.ai/2BDr2au)

No
one was around to save Clark Griswold as he dangled from a roof while
hanging up Christmas lights in “National Lampoon's Christmas
Vacation,” but a dummy representing the fictional character
wouldn't have faced the same fate. A family in Austin, Texas, based
their Christmas lights display off the iconic movie scene for a
neighborhood decorating contest, but the display may have been a
little too realistic. The family combed through consignment shops in
the area to find the perfect outfit for the dummy, who they nicknamed
"Clark Griswold Jr." -- a flannel button-up, down vest,
baseball cap, jeans and “dad” sneakers. A concerned good
Samaritan saw the dummy dangling from the roof and thought it was an
actual person. He attempted to help and when the dummy didn’t
respond he called 9-1-1. (https://abcn.ws/2DTMA4l)
A
Tennessee man faces up to three years in prison for urinating on a
Kellogg’s cereal conveyor belt at a Memphis facility. News outlets
report 49-year-old Gregory Stanton pleaded guilty last month to
tampering with consumer products. He was indicted by a grand jury in
September. Stanton worked for the plant in 2014 and posted a video
online in 2016 of him urinating on the conveyor belt. The video led
the company to alert law enforcement and launched an investigation
that involved the Food & Drug Administration. It’s unclear what
prompted Stanton to urinate on the line or to film and share the act.
WREG-TV reports the company and workers union were involved in a
labor dispute at the time. Stanton is set to be sentenced in
February.
