Finding love may be tougher than ever. One in 5 adults say they have never been in a relationship that’s lasted longer than 3 years. A survey of 5,000 Americans also found that among those who currently have a partner, they enjoy an average of 2 dates a week. The average hitched respondent also reported having sex 3 times a week. However, just 36% rated their sex life as “excellent”.

An Australian father has set a new world record for pushups, completing more than 3,206 in just one hour – that’s 53 every minute, or almost one per second. Lucas Helmke powered through the pushups at his local gym in Brisbane to claim the title set by another Australian man last year. The 33-year-old accountant was required to perform each pushup flawlessly, keeping his body straight on his way up, without bending his knees and waist, while reaching at least a 90-degree angle at the elbow when he lowered himself.

Could television’s most famous gang of lifeguards be heading back to beach? Maybe, according to a report that says a new reboot of “Baywatch” is in development. Production company Freemantle, which owns the rights, has been holding “early talks” with TV broadcasters and streaming services, geared at finding a home for a new “Baywatch” series. The original 1990s series made international stars of the likes of David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, and spawned a spin-off and a 2017 feature film.

There’s no stopping “The Super Mario Bros. Movie.” At a time when many blockbusters in the post-shutdown box office are taking drops of over 60% in their second weekend, the animated film dropped just 41% for an estimated $87 million haul in its second weekend. If that number stands, “Super Mario Bros.” will have a 10-day domestic total of $340 million, 61% ahead of the pace set last summer by “Minions: The Rise of Gru” and even ahead of last year’s highest grossing domestic release, “Top Gun: Maverick.”

Tigers have clawed their way back from the brink in India, according to the country’s latest big cat census. It recorded 3,167 tigers, more than double the 1,411 recorded when the census began in 2006. The turnaround is thanks to Project Tiger, a conservation program launched 50 years ago to save India’s iconic but endangered big cats. And tigers aren’t the only big cats being helped in India, which recently launched a project to bring back the cheetah.

LEGOLAND has revealed its brand new multi-million-dollar attraction. The new Woodland-themed village will open in Windsor, UK by spring 2024.

An 85 year-old Maryland woman drove her car through the front doors of a Target store.

An Indian entrepreneur has designed a line of shoes that expand as children grow, potentially solving the age-old conundrum of kids seemingly needing new shoes every time their parents turn around. Named “Aretto”, the shoes were designed by Satyajit Mittal. The innovative knitted uppers are designed to be durable, flexible, and even washable, but most importantly, they slowly uncurl as the child ages, intuitively solving the growth problem, and reducing unnecessary manufacturing waste. Stats show that children require shoes in at least 15 sizes to grow from toddler to teenager. But a pair of Aretto shoes can cover 3 sizes, meaning kids would only need 5 different pairs as they mature. And the best news? They aren’t 3 times the price of regular shoes. They list for US $22-31. LINK: https://tinyurl.com/4dh58s8f

Lately, there have been numerous stories about AI Chatbots such as ChatGPT, and how they are able to replicate the human brain’s creative thought processes so accurately, that all of our jobs are in danger. That may be the case, but it would appear that Artificial Intelligence has come a long way, if this is any indication: Less than 2 years ago, a bot was asked to write an obituary – and every line it came up with is pure gold! Let’s pause for a moment, and remember dear Brenda…

Brenda Tent retired from living at the age of old, surrounded by family and natural causes. A librarian from birth, Brenda was an avid collector of dust. She had a sweet heart and married her high school. She loved having hobbies and helping her sons to be disadvantaged youths. She had no horses but thought she did. The church gave her a choir because she sang like bird and looked like bird and Brenda was a bird. She owed us so many poems. The funeral will be held in 1977 at heaven. In lieu of flowers, send Brenda more life.”
