So – how did you sleep last night? No so good? Kinda figured, because according to a new survey, the average person gets what they call “a perfect night’s sleep” just 132 times a year. The poll of 2,000 adults in the US also found that they average 120 “good” sleeps each year. Unfortunately, that leaves 113 nights each year in which we have “bad” sleep – or even end up staying awake all night. Why? Recent stats show the average American goes to bed feeling stressed or anxious about 3 days per week. And what are the most-common methods used to help drift off? 44% of respondents have tried reading, 42% drank warm milk, 37% took CBD products, and 27% used melatonin. But only 28% found the method they used most often to be “very effective”.

The days of the BlackBerry being the “it” smartphone are long gone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t experience the comforting “click” of its physical keyboard when using your iPhone. A new case, which debuted at last week’s Consumer Electronics Show, actually connects its keyboard to your iPhone, to give you that classic BlackBerry “feel”. It’s called Clicks, and it was developed by a team of people who previously worked at major tech brands like Apple, BlackBerry and Google. But feeling that click doesn’t come cheap. Keanu Reeves has a new career. He has announced that he has co-written his first novel. The “John Wick” actor appeared on “Good Morning America” last week to reveal that he has collaborated with award-winning author China MiĆ©ville on “The Book of Elsewhere”, which is set in the world of the BRZRKR comic series, which Reeves co-created. The book centers around an immortal warrior who begins a quest to understand why he was given eternal life. It will be published in July.

Lindsay Lohan doesn’t think this “Mean Girls” joke is grool. Although the actress—who starred as ‘Cady Heron’ in the original 2004 film—recently attended the premiere of the Mean Girls musical and (spoiler!) even makes a cameo in the movie, she’s not pleased that the new film includes a “fire crotch” mention. Her rep said: “Lindsay was very hurt and disappointed by the reference in the film.” The reference dates back to 2006, when oil heir Brandon Davis infamously called Lohan the controversial name during a night out with Paris Hilton. No comment so far from writer Tina Fey or Paramount.

SCOOP OF THE DAY: Brought to you by BetterCreditCards.com

A dog saved a quiet Philadelphia neighborhood from exploding into flames days before Christmas. The potentially disastrous gas leak was detected underground by Kobe, a 4-year-old husky owned by Chanell Bell. She noticed Kobe was digging in the same spot in the yard hour after hour. As the hole became larger, Bell, who had dealt with a gas leak in her house earlier in December, was inspired to bring out her gas detection device. Immediately, it detected a potentially cataclysmic amount of gas. She alerted authorities, who informed her that if Kobe hadn’t picked up on the leak when he did on December 21, the consequences could have been fatal, not only to those who inhaled the gas, but it could also have caused a devastating explosion. Bell said that first responders “were so impressed with Kobe and mentioned what a good dog he was”.

Men are often accused of exaggerating cold symptoms – or let’s just cut to the chase – they are often accused of being an out-and-out “wuss” when it comes to dealing with seasonal illnesses. But according to an expert, men feel the effects of a cold or the flu differently than women do. Dr. Eleanor Fish, a professor of immunology at the University of Toronto, points out that men and women “have subtly different immune systems, which means that they do respond to infections differently.” How so? For starters, research shows that males are more vulnerable to respiratory illness, and are more often hospitalized or even die from the flu. The Dr. also says that females “have a much more robust immune response”, which means they are able to clear infections more quickly. Another doc, Dr. Kyle Sue, an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Alberta, agrees that males generally experience worse symptoms than women, and believes the differences may be hormonally-related.

The owners of a remote island are looking to pay 2 people to live there this summer. The only problem? You have to actually work. Stunningly picturesque, Great Blasket Island on the coast of Ireland, has a seal colony, endless ocean views, memorable scenery and prehistoric sites, but the selected applicants won’t be there to soak up the sun (if there is any) — but rather to run the island, which welcomes scores of visitors during the warmer months. Duties include running the island’s cafe, and hosting guests at 4 holiday cottages. No salary details, but the listing does warn that the job will require a “hardworking, responsible and trustworthy duo that have great people skills and initiative.” LINK: http://tinyurl.com/36p2z96y
