It
sounds like a pipe dream, but the key to beating COVID-19 just might
be – marijuana. Researchers from Oregon State University found
certain hemp compounds can prevent the virus that causes COVID-19
from entering human cells. Their studies determined that a pair of
cannabinoid acids in hemp bind to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein,
preventing a critical step in the COVID-19 infection process. The
spike protein that those two cannabinoid acids bind to is the very
same viral destination COVID-19 vaccines and antibody therapies
target.

Following the success of her films “A Star Is Born” and “House of Gucci”, Lady Gaga has cemented her status as a Hollywood actress, though she’s yet to announce her next project. On a podcast, Craig admitted that he got carried away when catching up with his old friend and collaborator at Hugh Jackman’s birthday party, and in his intoxicated state, it felt “glaringly obvious” to ask the filmmaker to take the reins on what ultimately became his third outing as 007 in the 2012 movie. Mendes, who also went on to direct 2015’s “Spectre”, accepted the offer, prompting Craig to quickly realize he’d be in trouble for handing out a job that it wasn’t up to him to decide on.

⇒ Domino’s: Brothers Jim and Tom Monaghan bought a pizza place called DomiNick’s in Ypsilanti, MI, in 1960. When the seller wanted to retain his rights to the name, the brothers had to come up with a new one fast to make a deadline to put their name in the phone book. “Domino’s” was reportedly dreamed up by a delivery driver named Jim Kennedy.
